TERMS / CONDITIONS

Haleon eShop / Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services reserves the right to limit quantities. Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice. Program only valid to Actively Practicing Licensed Canadian Dentists.

PROHIBITION ON EXPORTS

All products sold by Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services are labeled and approved for sale in Canada only and are not intended for export outside of Canada. A purchaser of these product(s) shall not directly or indirectly by any means or arrangements:

(i)     Offer for resale, resell or consign any product.

(ii)    Export any product from Canada to any other jurisdiction.

(iii)   Offer for resale, resell or consign or otherwise distribute any product for export from Canada to any other jurisdiction, or

(iv)   Offer for resale, resell or consign or otherwise distribute any product to any other person or entity (‘further reseller’) who customer knows  or suspects or reasonably should know or suspect will

         (a) Export any product from Canada to any others jurisdiction, or

         (b) Offer for resale, resell, consign or otherwise distribute to any other person or entity who further reseller knows or suspects or reasonably should know or suspect will export any product from Canada to any others jurisdiction.

    DIRECT ACCOUNTS

    Payment must be made by credit card at the time of purchase.

    TRANSPORTATION

    Direct Dental Office Shipments are prepaid F.O.B. point of destination

    PHARMILINK RETURNED GOODS POLICY

    Please contact us at 1-888-453-6278 request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days.

    (i)     Products purchased directly from Haleon eShop can be returned only if damaged.

    (ii)     Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after delivery of an order to your dental office. No returns will be accepted after this period.

    (iii)    Pharmilink will replace or credit product at invoice price.

    (iv)    Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all return shipments. Please contact 1-888-453-6278 to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must come from original dental office the order was shipped to.

    (v)     Original Packing Slip must accompany all returns. The reason for return must be clearly stated on the enclosed Original Packing Slip.

    (vi)    Cannot return partial cases. Returned product must be in original packaging.

    (vii)   Do not return any product that is opened, unsealed, or leaking  without pre-authorization. 

    (viii)  Pharmilink will not pay shipping charges on returned goods, and COD returns will not be accepted.

    (ix)    All returns are subject to review by Pharmilink, and Pharmilink does not guarantee a credit or replacement.

    (x)     Pharmilink reserves the right to destroy, without credit or replacement, any returns of products which do not meet requirements mentioned herein.
